Celebrity heiress and star of the TV show “The Simple Life” has been sentenced to 45 days in the pokey for a probation violation by driving on a suspended license while under the influence of alcohol. This might just be a nice change of scenery for her actually and who wants to bet she’ll figure out some way to leverage the sentence into even more attention and future episodes of her show. She’s probably already counting the money she can make off the experience. Her sentence also includes 36 months of probation, alcohol education classes and a $1500 fine.

We all know there’s no way she’ll be able to stay out of trouble for 36 months! Best bet says she’ll be back in court again faster than can she pull up her skirt and flash another vertical smile for the cameras.

Tracy’s latest run ins with the law has earned him some fancy new, high-tech bling to wear around his ankle. The court ordered SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring) bracelet that he will be forced to wear as a condition of his guilty plea will monitor his body for alcohol vapors every 30 minutes. If alcohol is detected once, he gets to wear it another 90 days, if detected twice he gets to spend 30 days in the pokey. If he somehow manages to keep himself clean he will still be on probation for 3 years and must attend alcohol awareness classes. He also received 5 days of community service.

Part of his troubles stem from an arrest for a previous drunken driving charge in Los Angeles in 2005 where he blew a breathalizer way over the limit. Anyone want to take bets on whether he can keep his nose clean for that long?

Jessica Sierra, 21, a former American Idol contestant was arrested and charged in Tampa, Florida for several different charges including aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, cocaine possession and introduction of contraband into a detention facility. She was busted at Tampa’s Hyde Park Café after allegedly throwing a heavy cocktail glass at a fellow patron’s head. A 10th place Idol finisher in 2005 and as of most recently has been working at a Hooter’s Restaurant. Talk about your fall from grace.

The police claimed that she was very uncooperative and that she tried to kick the windows out of the patrol car during her arrest where they had to threaten to put leg restraints on her. After her arrest on the battery charge, she was hauled in, at which point the cops searched her purse and allegedly found a small bag of cocaine in her possession. She reportedly denied that the drugs were hers, but also claimed that the purse in which the baggie was found had not been out of her hands all day, well there’s a contradiction for you…

Snoop Doggy dog was picked up by L.A. County and charged with 2 felony counts for transporting weed and possession of a firearm by a felon. This is just the culmination in a series of recent arrests with him having run ins with the law in Sweden and the US, including one incident where he was leaving the Tonight Show.
